At Antique Home, we offer free delivery on all orders placed via our online shop.

Order Preparation

All orders are carefully prepared by our logistics team.

The usual preparation time is 2 to 3 working days from order confirmation.

During periods of high demand, such as sales, promotional campaigns, Christmas or special occasions, this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your parcel.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch.

In certain circumstances, such as high demand or limited availability of certain products, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 working days.

We’ll do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed of any issues that may affect the delivery time.

Delivery charges
All orders include free delivery, with no minimum spend required.

There are no additional delivery charges during the checkout process, unless expressly stated for certain destinations.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so that you can check the delivery status at any time.
